To make your purchase, simply register on our platform.

Then, fill in the fields with your payment information and the address where you want to receive your product.

After your purchase payment is confirmed, an immediate shipping order will be issued for your product to be sent directly from our warehouse to your registered delivery address.

Delivery takes 5-7 days.

If this situation occurs, simply contact us via email or chat here on the platform, report the issue, and send a photo/video of the product.

Once the issue has been assessed, a new order will be sent directly to the delivery address at no additional cost.
